    • Lee Memorial Hospital – 414-bed hospital established in 1916.
    • HealthPark Medical Center – 461-bed hospital built in 1991.
    • Cape Coral Hospital – 303-bed hospital acquired in 1996.
    • Gulf Coast Medical Center – 699-bed hospital acquired in 2006 and expanded through 2021.
  • Two specialty hospitals:
    • Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida – 135-bed pediatric hospital opened in 1994 within HealthPark Medical Center; new, 7-story facility opened in 2017.
    • The Rehabilitation Hospital – 60-bed comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation facility located within Lee Memorial Hospital.

    • Lee Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit – 18 beds.
    • Gulf Coast Medical Center Skilled Nursing Unit – 75 beds.

  • Three walk-in clinics (Metro, Page Field, Pine Island Road).
  • Two pediatric outpatient facilities (Naples, Port Charlotte).
  • Regional Cancer Center (Opened in 2008 and expanded in 2018).
