We believe that everyone deserves access to affordable healthcare. LPG offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size, ensuring that financial limitations do not prevent you from receiving the care you need.

Where are LPG's Providers?

LPG's Providers are stationed at various healthcare facilities across the region, including Lee Health's four adult acute care hospitals, two specialized hospitals, such as the renowned Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, over 80 family clinic practice locations, outpatient centers throughout Southwest Florida, and specialized destinations that house specialists of every kind.

LPG is dedicated to delivering a wide range of healthcare options to our community, which includes:

Primary care: Tailoring comprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.

Convenient care: Providing non-emergency medical assistance at four convenient locations.

Emergency care: Equipped to handle trauma, accidents, and critical life-saving situations.

Specialist care: Offering a wide range of specialties, including surgery, heart health, orthopedics, pain management, gynecology, neurology, behavioral health, imaging, rehabilitation, sleep medicine, ear/nose/throat, and much more.

Appointments With LPG Providers

At Lee Health there are multiple ways our patient in Southwest Florida can schedule an appointment. Current patients can use MyChart for a scheduled online virtual visit with their Lee Physician Group physician. Telemedicine Program at Lee Health

Access to care is extremely important at Lee Health, and through Lee TeleHealth we leverage technology to provide our patients, physicians and caregivers safe and efficient care. We now offer both video and messaging based virtual care options that give you the same hands-on, compassionate care you get from an in-person visit through Telemedicine.
