Disputing Denied Claims

We attempt to bill insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid automatically on our patients' behalves. Sometimes, your insurer will not pay for certain services and deny the claim we file on your behalf. If your claim is denied, you will be sent a bill for the full cost of your procedures or services.

Often, you have the right to appeal denied claims. If you have questions about why your claim was denied, contact your insurance provider, Medicare or Medicaid directly. If you still believe your claim should have been covered, follow your insurer's dispute process.
