Florida Blue Medicare Advantage Plan Notice

At Lee Health, our patients always have – and will continue to be – our top priority. That is why we want to make sure you’re informed about which of our physicians are included in Florida Blue’s Medicare Advantage Plan.

Beginning September 1, 2024, Lee Physician Group primary care providers (PCPs) will NOT be included in Florida Blue's Medicare Advantage plan network.

Please note that Lee Health hospitals or specialists WILL remain in the Florida Blue Medicare Advantage network.

It's important to know that if you are enrolled in Florida Blue’s Medicare Advantage plan and continue to seek care from LPG PCPs you may incur additional costs for your care that are not covered by your current plan. Contact your insurance advisor to learn about your options to continue care with your LPG provider or call Lee Health at 239-481-4111.
