    Dr. Mendez himself is excellent and I want to say Vanessa is amazing…Vanessa has helped so much in getting my sons [ ] approved after a long wait of 6 months going back and fourth…she has what’s called customer service and empathy

    Yes! Dr. Mendez' nurse told us that she was cutting into Dr. Mendez' lunch break, so she was trying to go quickly. When Dr. Mendez came in, he was so relaxed and spent time making my 2 year old laugh, asking me if I had any questions, and explaining everything very thoroughly. You would have never thought he had to eat lunch, let alone that we were cutting into his time.

    We had such a wonderful experience at this Dr’s visit. Everyone in the office went above and beyond and was super courteous and nice to all of us. The bedside manner was absolutely amazing. The way Dr Mendez interacted with my daughter and made her smile broug ht so much joy to my heart. We have been to many doctors due to her being [ ] and this is the absolute best. Thank you!

    Dr Mendez is the absolute best! I would never want to go to any other immunologist. I have had other drs in the past but none can compare to Dr. Mendez. His assistant is top notch also.

    Dr. Mendez was a wonderful provider. He took his time explaining my medical condition and exams done in house. The nurses was also very gentle and kind. Overall I was very happy with my visit. I would most definitely recommend this office to my family and frie nds.

    Dr. Mendez was nothing short of AMAZING! He took the time to ask questions, listen and provide advice. My husband and I were blown away with his knowledge.     I am extremely impressed with Dr Mendez. He spent the time with me to explain his diagnosis and gave me time to answer any questions. He was able to communicate with explanations understandable to a lay person. I highly recommend Dr Mendez.

    Dr Mendez was amazing. My daughter has such [ ] when it comes to apptointments that she was already upset when we were in the waiting room. He came in, said hello, then proceeded to bring in a small table/chair for her to sit at and color while we talked. He t hen spent time coloring with her and talking so she would be comfortable. He did not rush and was just amazing with her. When you’re a parent of a child with [ ], you usually have providers who will rush through appts just to get you out. Not him- he included my daughter and made sure all questions were answered. Definitely one of a kind doctor.
