Biography
Katherine Lietz, MD, Ph.D., specializes in the management of chronic congestive heart failure. She enjoys counseling patients about their condition, providing treatment to help improve heart function, and educating them about lifestyle modifications that would allow patients to reclaim a good quality of life and improve their prognosis. Dr. Lietz accompanies her patients on their journey with heart failure throughout their lifetime, including end-stage disease. Being able to affect patients’ and their families’ lives positively has been the most rewarding experience of her professional life.
