Shoulder - Rotator cuff tendonitis and impingement, adhesive capsulitis, partial thickness cuff tears, bicep tendonitis, scapular dyskinesis, GH and AC arthritis, AC separation, calcific tendonitis, OA, dislocation
Elbow - Epicondylitis, UCL sprain, apophysitis, olecranon bursitis, non-displaced radial head fractures. 
Wrist - De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, intersection syndrome, ECU tendonitis, non-displaced distal radius fracture. 
Hand - mallet finger, MCP and CMC arthritis, trigger finger
Hip - Trochanteric bursitis, IT band, OA, hamstring tears/pulls/strains, quad tears/pulls/strains, adductor tears/pulls/strains, piriformis, iliopsoas tears/pulls/strains, hip pointer, gluteus minimus tears/pulls/strains.
Knee - patellofemoral pain, chondromalacia patella, patellar tendonitis, OA, patella dislocation, non-displaced patella fracture, MCL tears/pulls/strains, degenerative meniscus medical management, gel injections
Spine - if acute pain (past 24 to 48 hours, with no prior spine surgery).
Ankle and Foot - Ankle tears/pulls/strains, high ankle tears/pulls/strains, peroneal tendinopathy, posterior tib tendinopathy, Achilles tendonitis, foot pain, metatarsalgia, turf toe, hallux valgus, plantar fasciitis, acute fractures for toe, foot and ankle 
Hamstring – tears/pulls/strains 
Groin Injuries - tears/pulls/strains - these issues are usually described as Groin pain and is generally caused by a pulled muscle, tendon or ligament and sometimes from hip arthritis. (will not treat pelvic fractures).

Biography

Dr. Diemer is a sports medicine physician who specializes in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions.  She completed her fellowship at the University of Florida where she gained additional training in ultrasound guided procedures. Dr. Diemer enjoys helping patients of all activity levels reach their goals in athletics, competition and in living a healthy life. When she is not working to help patients, she likes to spend time with her husband and their rescued dog.
