Biography
Natalie Williams earned her Master of Nursing Science degree at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, where she practiced as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a pediatric neurology group in Louisville for seven years before moving to Fort Myers in November 2022.
Before Natalie became a nurse practitioner, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Spalding University. She worked as a registered nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital, one of only two trauma centers in Kentucky. During her seven years there, Natalie spent time in each of the nine adult Intensive Care Units, but primarily in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit. She has held other roles in healthcare as well, including Emergency Medical Technician, DEXA technician (bone density measurement), scribe for medical doctor, and medical assistant.
Prior to careers in healthcare, Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology at DePauw University (Greencastle, IN) and then a Master of Science degree in Stable Isotope Hydrogeochemistry at Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI).
Natalie is a member of the Child Neurology Society, American Epilepsy Society, American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
