    My experience with Dr. Phan and her staff was excellent from checking in for the appointment to checking out of the office. The front desk staff is friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Nurse Natalia was knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and Dr. Phan had a won derful bedside manner. Dr. Phan took time to listen, answered any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. I feel I had an excellent exam from Dr. Phan.
