Join in the Summer of Fun, Educational Events at Lee Health
Exercise and NutritionPosted:
We’ve waited long enough to have some fun, don’t you think? After two-plus years, COVID-19 restrictions have eased us back into, well, a new sense of normal. But let’s not forget that the old normal was pretty darn good, too. By that, we mean doing things together, sharing experiences, and living life with purpose and adventure.
As we look forward to the coming months, it’s time to grab a ray of sunshine and brighten your life with some ways to have fun this summer.
We’ve put together a sampler below of the classes and events you can learn at Healthy Life Centers—everything from knowing how to prepare for the hurricane season to growing different types of basil, from practicing yoga to kicking the sugar habit, from reducing stress through breathwork to having just plain fun at the pool!
And we’re just getting started. Read on to learn more about classes and events that will empower you and enrich your quality of life. It’s time to get excited about the future again!
Classes will be held virtually and in person with appropriate precautions. Just so you know, small-group classes have resumed at our facilities with full infection prevention guidelines for your safety.
And make sure to note the location of your event. Many programs are still virtual events only and take place through WebEx on your computer, desktop, or smartphone.
