Like the rest of our community, LHCP and BHC has had to adapt to the COVID-19 crisis. But through it all, our trained experts have stayed vigilant with safety restrictions and protocols. And we’ve moved our community events into the virtual space to make things easier for you.

But our providers continue to see patients at our facility and work hard every day to provide complete, compassionate care for you and your family.

The idea behind our big picture view of care? To give our community a place to go, a one-stop shop, for all of your care needs — right in your backyard. Having Lee Health Coconut Point and the Bonita Health Center right next to each other means you don’t have to go anywhere else.

Lee Health Coconut Point offers a teaching kitchen, a Healthy Life Center, yoga, holistic treatments, and more. Right now, we offer plenty of virtual events so you can log in from home and stay safe.

We also have customer service specialists who can help set you up with a primary care physician so you have a point of contact for all your care needs. They can also walk you through our MyChart app, which makes communication simple and easy – use it for refills, appointments, payments, and anything else that can help you feel comfortable and cared for.
