There are healthcare options all around us these days, and sometimes patients and their families may be confused on what facility or treatment option is the best choice for a specific situation.

As COVID-19 cases continue to climb during a stronger than usual cold and flu season, Lee Health reminds you that you have many options for the best in healthcare treatment, whatever your condition or concern may be. Our experts will be here for you.

Primary Care Physician

Your first call for all your health needs. Primary care physicians and their staff are your go-to place for any initial questions or concerns. Visit your primary care office for check-ups, prevention tips, tests, referrals, chronic disease treatment, and general illness. Establishing a relationship with a primary care physician helps you manage conditions throughout your life.

In-Home Care

In our fast-paced digital world – a world in which many of us work from home – Lee Health provides a few options for those on the go, for those who can’t get an appointment elsewhere, or when questions come up after hours. For non-emergencies or everyday care, choose Lee TeleHealth, available 24/7.

You can visit a primary care or urgent care doctor online from your home through LeeTeleHealth.org.

Telehealth is perfect for:

  • Cold and flu
  • COVID-19
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Sinus infection
  • Rash
  • Pink eye
  • Headaches
  • Referrals
  • Prescriptions
  • General questions and more

You can also schedule an in-home urgent care visit through dispatchhealth.com. DispatchHealth arrives fully equipped to test and treat everything an urgent care can at the same cost as an urgent care visit. This service is for both adults and children throughout Fort Myers, 365 days a year.

Emergency Room

You should go to the emergency room only for life-altering emergencies when time is critical. That includes:

  • Severe injuries
  • Abdominal or chest pain
  • Broken bones through the skin
  • Head injury
  • Traumatic accident
  • Stroke
  • Severe burns
  • Bleeding
  • Any condition where you feel your life is in danger

Lee Convenient Care

Our urgent care locations – called Lee Convenient Care—provide quick care when your minor injury, non-emergency or illness cannot wait. This is the place to go for colds and flu, sprains, cuts, rashes, urinary tract infections, certain bone fractures that haven't gone through the skin, or when you can’t get an appointment with your primary care doctor.

LCC has two locations in Fort Myers, one in Cape Coral, one at the Bonita Health Center in Bonita Springs, and a special urgent care clinic for children in Naples.
