Healthy LEE Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup packed spinach/parsley 
  • 1 cup ripe frozen mango or pineapple cubes 
  • ½ Banana (frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger 
  • 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 1 ½ ~2 cups water/coconut water
  • ½ apple (optional)
  • 5 mint leaves (optional)


Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth, only adding water a little at a time as needed, and scraping down the sides/mixing as needed.
  2. Once well blended, taste and adjust seasonings as needed. If too tart, add more fruit. For more zing, add ginger. And for more acidity, add more lime juice. To make it thicker/colder, add more ice.
