    Entire staff was amazing including the Medical Assistant Anahi she explain to my daughter everything how the doctor was going to do step by step that way she weren’t be scare and the doctor is amazing

    Everyone in the office was excellent, we didn’t have to wait long to see the Dr and the ma or nurse came in quickly with instructions and explanations on referrals. It was a great experience

    Dr. Werle is awesome. We've seen him previously for my other child, and have recommended him to family and friends who need to see an ENT. I always feel heard, and that he cares about my kids and their needs.

    Dr. Werle has helped my son tremendously. He discovered [ ] and was able to remove them. He has struggled to breathe out of nose and now, thanks to Dr. Werle, He is able to do so again!

    Front desk staff are not the friendliest. Loud, personal conversations that cause patients to be ignored while waiting at the desk for assistance. The “checkout” person is not friendly and not understanding when trying to schedule a follow up.
