Biography

Gary Josephson, MD, is passionate about helping every child reach their fullest potential.  From early in his life and understanding how childhood experiences and development impact adult success, Dr. Josephson knew his calling was to care for children.  As a child advocate and healthcare provider, he often shares that children are our most vulnerable population and the most precious asset to humankind.  Dr. Josephson got interested in the field of otolaryngology early in his career.  He became involved in otolaryngology research while in medical school and enjoyed seeing the innovation in the field and the impact that the field contributes to a better quality of life with better general health outcomes for overall well-being. 
Dr. Josephson’s life has been fulfilled through his commitment to patient and family-centered care.

    Dr Josephson was fabulous! What a breathe of fresh air of an addition to the Lee Health group! Super knowledgeable and fantastic bedside manner. His MA , Aniha was super friendly as well! Excellent staff at front desk too!

    The entire staff was incredible! Dr Josephson took such excellent care of our daughter, and was an answer to prayer. He took so much time to ensure that she was healthy, and that her surgery and treatment were done in a timely manner. He was very personable an d set us at ease every step of the way. We cannot recommend him highly enough!!

    I really want to thank Dr Josephson and his team for their amazing support and efforts in caring for my daughter's health. Dr Josephson is an amazing caring and compassionate person. Since the first appointment back in the beginning of the year to the most rec ent one has been outstanding and when my daughter had her [ ] back in [ ] I can't express how much support we felt. Dr Josephson checked in on my daughter throughout her stay at the hospital and made sure to stop by her room before ending his shift to make sure she was good to go home. Thank you for all you do, we greatly appreciate you!

    Dr Josephson has excellent bedside manners and very informative. He thoroughly explained expectations and asked my child if she understood as well. Making her a part of the her health care was a very positive experience for us.

    I was so impressed by Dr. Josephson. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he has great interpersonal skills! He took the time to hear my concerns as a parent was thorough in his explanations and did his due diligence in working towards developing a sol id treatment plan. The best doctor I’ve seen in a long time! I’m very grateful for his time, knowledge, and kindness.
