  Kylee went above and beyond by researching my most recent lab work and uncovering inconsistencies that were told to me by previous healthcare providers. She brought me good news that is life-changing, and corroborated that information with staff in the office to be sure that her research was correct. Thanks to her, I now have more dietary options that I thought had been "off the table" for nearly three years.   Everyone in the office such as the medical assistant that did my intake and the front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. The PA that saw me, Kylee Black, was very sympathetic and easy to talk to. I haven't met a doctor in Florida that actually listen ed and took my symptoms seriously which I appreciated a lot.   Dr. Black really helped me feel like I was being heard and understood. That is HUGE when dealing with such a frustrating and debilitating [ ] like [ ]. She didn't diminish or disregard my symptoms, she really listened and reassured me. Read through my records before our appointment, even though our appointment was at 7 AM!!!. This almost never happens, I almost always feel like I'm starting from zero explaining things already in my records - not with this doctor! She kept referencing my records from recently AND many years ago. Again, I can't stress enough how wonderful this was for me, an endo patient of 20+ years who has all but lost hope for a bearable life. I'm extremely grateful for practitioners like Kylee Black.
