    Dr. Michael Burton and his staff are professional and respectful. My [ ] appointment was managed in a timely manner and I felt comfortable with the process. I will likely have more feedback to provide following the medical procedure that should take place this July (if all goes according to plan). I also like being able to communicate with Dr. Burton via MyChart, which he mentioned to me during my visit.

    Dr. burton is patient and explains everything thoroughly. Made me feel very comfortable with my treatment and is always interested in my life outside of being his patient. Only issue I have is that it can be difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner a nd having to resort to communication through the patient portal, while covenient, is not the same as a in-person visit. Overall, all my doctors in Florida are part of the Lee Physician Group and all are wonderful!

    Cari the scheduling nurse was extremely excellent. When Dr. [ ] had to cancel my appointment she hustled to get me an earlier appointment . Dr. Erick Burton was very professional, he reviewed my records and explained in detail my health issues and clearly expl ained next steps and procedures. I appreciate his straight forward approach and explainations. Before seeing him I felt uncomfortable about other doctors lack of detailed explanations and answers to my concerns.
