Grants & Scholarships

Annually, the Cape Coral Hospital Auxiliary, Lee Memorial Auxiliary and Gulf Coast Medical Center Auxiliary budget over $165,000 combined to assist those needing financial assistance with careers in health care. Grants are available through an application process to employees, volunteers and their family members, as well as to the community. Due to funding restrictions, requirements for each award may vary and will be considered appropriately.

The Auxiliary Education Grant Fund receives donations from the community, as well as through numerous Auxiliary fund raising events. These monies are donated to Lee Health and are administered through the Human Resources department and an Auxiliary Advisory Committee. Applications are accepted March 1 through April 30 annually.
