Board Certified Specialists

Lee Health Rehab Services is proud to recognize our team members that successfully completed the rigorous coursework and testing to become Board Certified in their specialties.

These certifications, awarded by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), are the most respected clinical certifications in the profession. 

Therapists are required to complete 2,000 hours of clinical practice experience in their specialty, with a minimum of 25 percent occurring within the last three years. 

To achieve board certification, therapists must demonstrate competency in direct patient care, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention as well as competency in patient education, interpretation of research, administration, and consultation.
