Our care team
A highly trained and licensed therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop an individualized treatment program so patients can function at their highest level of social and physical independence.
All of our patients remain under the care of the referring physician. We monitor therapy and adjust it based on patient progress. We document patient status and send evaluations to physicians, insurance companies, and other specified parties.

Who are we?
Physical Therapist: Physical therapists (PTs) diagnose and treat people of all ages who have pain, limited loss of mobility, decrease in function, and decrease in strength. PTs graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and have a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree. They are required to pass a National Licensure exam and are licensed in each state where they practice. (American Physical Therapy Association)
Physical Therapist Assistant: Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) provide therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist. PTAs must complete a two-year associate degree. They are licensed, certified, or registered in most states. Licensure is required in the state of Florida. (American Physical Therapy Association)
Occupational Therapist: Occupational Therapists (OTs) help individuals achieve independence in all facets of their lives. OTs graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree. They are required to pass a National Licensure exam and are licensed in each state where they practice. (American Occupational Therapy Association)
Occupational Therapy Assistant: Occupational Therapy Assistants provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Speech-Language Pathologists: Speech-language Pathologists (SLPs), also called speech therapists, assess speech and language development and treat language and speech disorders. Speech-language pathologists can also help people with swallowing disorders. SLPs graduate from an accredited program and earn a master's or doctoral degree. They are required to pass a National Licensure exam. SLPs hold a license in the state of Florida. (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
