l was in a great deal of [ ] and frustrated with my condition. My visit started with a friendly and warm greeting at check in, my nurse was attentive and pleasant, and Elsie Cajoux was compassionate and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me piece together some of my condition history which was unknown to me before this visit. She asked clarifying questions, spent time explaining my condition, and provided diet and lifestyle recommendations for prevention and understanding. I very much appreciated her approach and her encouragement!
