Biography

Gloria Dillman DNP, FNP-BC has over 35 years of clinical experience in health care. She relocated to Southwest Florida from Chicago/Northwest Indiana in 2020. She mentors new nurse practitioners and continues to teach as a clinical adjunct professor for graduate nursing students/family nurse practitioner program at Purdue Northwest University. She is a member of the scholarly nursing society Sigma Theta Tau and remains a member American Legion Auxiliary. Gloria values the long-term relationships she has developed with her patients and families. She believes that continuity of care promotes positive patient outcomes and strives for exceptional patient experiences.

She and her husband enjoy boating in Southwest Florida, and spending time with their family and grandson.

    Dr. Gloria Dillman is fantastic! I'm currently 5 months pregnant and she went out of her way to check if the medication needed to treat my stye was safe to take during my pregnancy. Gloria is always friendly, patient, thorough and she truly cares about her pat ients. Her nurse Rose is fantastic too. She is also very kind. I always enjoy my visit with these ladies here at Lee Physicians Group. Thank you both for treating me today and for all you do! :)

    Ms. Dillman is a patient listener who answers questions to the smallest problem. She is reassuring and kind and makes me feel as though I am a valued client. Her Nurse, Rose, is unfailingly pleasant while being efficient. When I use My Chart for a question, I always get a prompt answer and appreciate her attention.

    Gloria is always incredibly patient, thorough, and compassionate. I’m an area native with several medical conditions and a handful of doctors.
