  From the moment I arrived through the front office door, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Dania took me into the exam room and began her usual tasks of getting my vitals.   I am so thankful to have been scheduled an appointment so soon after asking for one. Mike was especially kind and patient; I felt like he was truly listening. He explained what he was thinking about my situation and made sure I understood the next steps in a p lan of treatment and investigation. Loretta was also especially kind and patient; I felt genuine compassion from her. The reception and checkout folks were helpful, courteous, and kind, as well. (I’m not sure of their names…think Jess was one). I appreciate the professional manner in which the entire appointment was handled. All I can say is, “Thank you!”.
