Biography

Dr. Romero Rodriguez is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive specialized training in perinatal mental health, and evidence-based trauma interventions. She has worked in high acuity settings such as the Neonatal Intensive Care Units, residential and community environments supporting women in different life stages. Currently, Dr. Romero supports the patients at the Lee Physicians Group OB/GYN clinics with different concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, birth trauma, parenting, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and medical concerns.

    Dr. Rodriguez has given me the space and the tools to process my grief and anxiety. She has been informative, empathetic, and perceptive. She has excellent active listening skills that helps the therapeutic process. She has gone above and beyond to work with m y schedule and make sure that I am satisfied with our session's progress, even when we had technical difficulties. She is a great therapist for mothers and I am so glad that I took the first step to see her. I highly recommend her and already have.
