Biography
Dr Miguélez has been providing obstetric and gynaecological care to women for over 20 years. She prides herself in giving “a kind” of care that prioritises the patients experience and their desires within the margins of safety that have been well honed and are well known to the profession. She thrives and finds profound joy in providing service to women in moments of uncertainty, moments of pain-both emotional and physical- moments of vulnerability, moments of fear. All of these moments are intrinsic to our reproductive lives and it is a privilege for her to steward her patients through these moments in the hopes of making them a bit easier, even helping to turn them into the best moments.
