  Lines was absolutely amazing and truly cared about my experience. After being treated rather poorly by the staff who called to cancel my 36 week appointment the day of and could not offer me another appointment, she was extremely caring and did what she could to help fix the situation.   Mrs Lones was amazing. As for the front desk staff they were not as friendly as you would think and did not talk loud enough to understand. They seemed scared to interact with any of the patients.

  Midwife Lones was great and comfort me about all my worries that came at ease after having a visit with her. She also informed on my lab results and helped me out on want to do with my iron.

  The gal who checked me in. She always remembers my name. And when I went to leave she alonf with another gal at the front desk gave my daughter a couple of stickers. That made my little girls day and she talked about that moment the rest of the day. I feel ter rible I don't remember their names.
